Can I get advice in English?

Yes. Our team advises in English, German, Russian, Turkish and Arabic. Call, WhatsApp or use the form and say you’d prefer English. Note: the Rettungssanitäter and first aid courses themselves are taught in German.

When will you call me back?

Yes — we help you prepare for your Jobcenter or Agentur für Arbeit (employment agency) meeting and explain the Bildungsgutschein (education voucher) process. Funding decisions are made by the Agentur für Arbeit or Jobcenter — not by MAAS Berlin West, and there is no automatic entitlement. 0 € out of pocket is possible with an approved Bildungsgutschein.
